Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know that taking this step is something to be proud of. Life brings challenges that can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to face them alone.
Psychotherapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and develop the tools you need to navigate life's difficulties.
Whether you're struggling right now or simply seeking support as you work through a transition, therapy can help you find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
I work with adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing a wide range of life challenges. You might be seeking therapy in Dublin, looking for support through a difficult period, or wanting to understand yourself better. I can support you with:
Whether you're looking for short-term support to work through a specific issue or longer-term integrative therapy for deeper exploration, I'm here to support you at your own pace.
Every person is unique, and so is every therapeutic journey. My approach to psychotherapy in Dublin is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic techniques to create a treatment plan that works for you.
Person-Centred Therapy is at the heart of my practice. This means I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, empathetic space where you feel truly heard and understood. There's no judgment here, just genuine care and support.
I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques when helpful, exploring the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we can identify patterns that may not be serving you and develop practical strategies for change.
My training in yoga brings an added dimension to my work. I understand the deep connection between mind and body, which can help you find moments of calm and grounding, particularly when anxiety or stress feels overwhelming.
Everything we do together is tailored to you. This is your space, and we'll work at a pace that feels right.
I operate as a sole independent pre-accredited psychotherapist. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or registered health professional. I cannot offer medical or mental health diagnoses, nor can I prescribe medication.
If you require medical intervention, psychiatric assessment, or medication management, I will support you in seeking appropriate medical care alongside our therapeutic work together.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, so I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help you feel more comfortable. This is simply a chance for us to have an initial chat, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together. There's no pressure and no commitment.
If we decide to move forward, we'll arrange your first session. In our sessions together, you'll have the space to talk about whatever is on your mind in a confidential, supportive environment. I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to help you understand yourself better and develop the tools you need to move forward.
I offer psychotherapy both in person and online, so you can choose what works best for you. In-person sessions are located in Loreto Centre Crumlin 79 Crumlin Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, D12 KW66. There's something special about meeting face to face, and many clients appreciate the dedicated space away from daily life.
Online sessions are available to anyone, anywhere in the world. Whether you're based in Ireland or further afield, online therapy offers the same quality of care with the added convenience of joining from the comfort of your own home.
You deserve support, and I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
